Mary Coons is a professional writer and business owner based out of Hanover, Minnesota. She created her company Pen & Ink Communications in 1994. Mary works with professionals who want to communicate more effectively in the marketplace. She also works with different entities that want to leave a lasting legacy by helping them document their family stories, life histories and/or community histories. Mary is the international editor of the Khaleej Tourism Guide (www.khaleejtourismguide.com), a Bahrain-based quarterly magazine. Mary and her husband moved to Doha, Qatar in December 2011.
